Do you think schools kill creativity?

According with Sr.Ken Robinson, intelligence is diverse and dynamic, for that reason all human beings has this kind of characterisitic. Now, the questions is in what way we explore our dynamic and diverse intelligence.
Sr. Robinson argues education is the way for acquaring and exploring the intelligence, but happens that in most of school don´t have good academic spaces for that, and even, don´t have budget for classrooms and good infrastructures.
In this order of ideas, its impossbile talk about creativity where a country has economic problems, and its worst if has more problems than education.

Its not weird children have talent, and even without money or in bad conditions, some of them have demostrated all the abilities they have. But its true that the rest of 80% dont´have luck in explore and strengthen his or her abilities.

As an example, in the colombian context, some people have good talents in sports, arts, literature, or music, but don't receive support from the goverment, that as a consequence, they prefer work in other activity or asking for help in different private organizations.

Sr. Ken Robinson  sticks out the importance of the teacher within the academic process, not as a knowledge interchanging, its go beyond classrooms or teachers saying information to the students. The idea is including the students in a world where is important the talent than  knowledge.

Howard Gardner explains the use of five abilities for the future (disciplined, sinthesized, creative, respectful, ethic) with the objective to change the education mentality and reflect how as a teachers we can contribute to those changes and  communicate to the students how can themselfs change the world
